ESP offers a maintenance agreement that will cover the cost of travel, labor and parts to repair your equipment in the event that a piece of your equipment fails. We offer a maintenance agreements with or without maintenance kits for laser printers. This agreement does not include any software support. In the event of maintained equipment failure, under an ESP maintenance agreement, the equipment is repaired. For printers with issues beyond repair, ESP will replace it with the same printer type or newer.
ESP gives maintenance customers priority over time and material customers, to make sure that we get you up and operational as quickly as possible. This agreement will give you the piece of mind to know that we are just a telephone call away from getting you back into operation.
ESP also offers flexible billing options to better suit your company schedule. We can offer you monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing. We accept auto credit card billing for the options listed above. Also available is choosing to have your invoice faxed or emailed to your accounts payable department.
